Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Senior Retail Sales Associate to help customers find the right parts and solutions, provide expert advice, and drive store performance. You will work with a team to deliver WOW! Customer Service and participate in inventory management, safety procedures, and promotions.

Ideal candidates bring automotive knowledge, strong communication, and a flexible full-time schedule, including evenings and weekends. ASE certification is a plus and multilingual skills are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual Spanish and English beneficial to assist a diverse customer base.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Full-time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, provide automotive advice, and maintain positive interactions.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated store environment.
• Recommend products, services, and promotions to hit sales goals and metrics.
• Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow cash handling and loss prevention procedures.
• Follow structured processes and safety policies; use PPE to keep a safe work environment.
• Stay up-to-date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions; assist customers with installations.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and suggest solutions.
