AutoZone, Inc. is hiring a Senior Retail Sales Associate who will deliver WOW! Customer Service by assisting customers with parts and solutions. You’ll engage customers, share automotive knowledge, and help drive store performance through teamwork and proactive selling.

The role requires 18+ years, basic automotive knowledge, a flexible full-time schedule, and the ability to lift and assist with merchandise as needed. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Formación

• Age 18 or older to apply.
• Basic automotive parts knowledge required.
• Ability to lift, load merchandise as needed.
• Full-time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, overtime.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with customers, provide automotive advice, and assist with product selection.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to maintain a productive store environment.
• Recommend products and promotions to support sales goals and metrics.
• Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow cash handling procedures.
• Follow safety policies and use PPE to ensure a secure environment.
• Stay knowledgeable on automotive parts and installations; assist with basic installations.
• Read diagnostic codes and help suggest solutions using available tools.
