Job summary

The role requires automotive knowledge, a flexible full-time schedule, and the ability to lift and move merchandise. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus for customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic automotive knowledge required.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Full-time flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions through clear, professional communication.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment. Support team members and demonstrate leadership in daily responsibilities.
• Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience, while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics.
• Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper cash handling procedures, loss prevention policies ensuring proper financial management.
• Utilize structured processes to complete assigned tasks efficiently. Follow company safety policies and use PPE to maintain a secure work environment.
• Stay up-to-date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems. Assist customers with installation of wipers, batteries, and bulbs.
• Diagnostics support using diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.
