AutoZone, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Senior Retail Sales Associate to deliver WOW! customer service. You will help customers select automotive parts, provide expert advice, and support store operations while promoting sales growth.

You will lead by example, assist with inventory, and participate in installations of wiper blades, batteries, and light bulbs. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred for customer interactions.

Qualificações

• Minimum age 18 or older.
• Basic automotive parts knowledge required.
• Able to lift and move merchandise.
• Flexibility for full-time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with product selection and provide automotive advice.
• Lead and support team to maintain a productive store environment.
• Recommend products and promotions to meet sales goals.
• Restock merchandise, manage inventory, and follow cash handling procedures.
• Follow safety policies and use PPE as required.
• Stay informed on auto parts, tools, and promotions, including installations.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes and suggest solutions.
