Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 or older.
• Basic automotive knowledge required.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Full-time flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with automotive questions and provide trustworthy advice.
• Collaborate with manager and teammates to maintain a productive store environment.
• Recommend products and promotions to support sales goals and store metrics.
• Restock merchandise and keep the store organized while following cash handling procedures and loss prevention policies.
• Follow safety policies and use PPE to maintain a secure work environment.
• Stay up-to-date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions; assist with installations as needed.
• Use diagnostic tools to assist customers and provide solutions where appropriate.
