Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic automotive parts knowledge.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Full-time flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

• Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment.
• Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience while contributing to sales goals.
• Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper cash handling procedures, loss prevention policies.
• Utilize structured processes to complete tasks efficiently and follow safety policies with PPE.
• Stay up-to-date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions; assist customers with installations.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.
