Job summary

Caribou Financial is seeking a Senior Loan Advisor to handle inbound calls and warm leads for auto loan refinancing. You will consult with customers, explain loan terms, and upsell protection products while maintaining a strong attention to compliance.

The role offers a base salary with uncapped commissions, comprehensive benefits, 16 weeks of training, equity options, and a 401(k). Expect a weekday schedule with occasional weekend shifts and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• 2 years refinance experience
• Experience handling and maintaining a high volume pipeline
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to quickly build rapport with customers
• Clear communication and active listening skills
• Ability to process information efficiently and incorporate in real time with customers
• Ability to learn new technology and use a variety of software platforms
• Excellent time management skills
• Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on the purchase of additional protection products including vehicle protection services and other offerings
• Provide customers with a thorough explanation of loan terms and aftermarket products
• Act as a product sales expert, maintaining elevated product sales attachment goals
• Manage a large pipeline of prospective customers and maintain conversion
• Conduct business ethically and in compliance with lender guidelines and laws
• Process finance deals accurately through financial sources to secure funding
• Perform needs assessments and overcome objections with customers
• Other duties as assigned
