Job summary

Preferred Risk Insurance Services is seeking an experienced Regulatory Compliance Professional to join our Compliance Team. The Senior Regulatory Compliance Analyst will support the Property & Casualty compliance program with a focus on non-standard personal auto, commercial auto, and general liability insurance, guiding regulatory interpretation for products and operations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in insurance regulatory compliance.
• Substantial working knowledge of personal auto and commercial auto insurance regulations.
• Exceptional time management, written and verbal communication skills with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Experience in conducting insurance industry auditing with focus on internal policies, regulatory compliance.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical guidance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor changes in state and federal P&C insurance regulations and translate them into guidance for teams.
• Track proposed bills and enforcement trends impacting underwriting, rating, forms, claims, billing, and producer practices.
• Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and controls related to auto and general liability insurance.
• Act as a trusted compliance advisor across the organization to promote regulatory awareness.
• Develop and update Legal/Compliance guidelines to align with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Perform regulatory compliance risk‑based Focused Department Reviews and document findings.
