Gallagher Bassett is seeking a seasoned Auto Liability Claims Adjuster to manage high-exposure and litigated auto claims from inception through resolution. You will analyze exposure, negotiate settlements, and coordinate with defense counsel across jurisdictions.

The role supports remote work nationwide and requires strong communication with clients, claimants, and teams to deliver timely, fair outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience.
• Appropriate licensing and/or certification in all states in which claims are being handled.
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.
• Computer experience with related claims and business software.
• Bachelor's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve Auto Liability claims from inception through resolution.
• Work in partnership with clients to deliver innovative solutions and enhance the claims process.
• Think critically, solve problems, and prioritize activities to serve clients effectively.
• Communicate with claimants and defense teams to support timely resolutions.
