Liberty Mutual Fire Insurance Co. is hiring a Senior Claims Specialist for its Personal Lines Casualty team.

The role handles attorney-represented and litigated auto and homeowner's bodily injury claims, including investigation, reserve setting, and resolution within authority levels. Hybrid work is available: on-site at least two days per month for those within 50 miles of a Liberty Mutual Claims office; fully remote for others.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
12–18 months of directly related experience.
Ability to obtain proper licensing.

Mansioni

Manages, investigates, and resolves claims within authority levels.
Identifies potential suspicious claims and refers to SIU; subrogation opportunities.
Prepares for and attends trials, hearings, and conferences; reports status.
Confers with trial counsel and prepares trial reports.
Communicates with policyholders, witnesses, and claimants to gather claim information.
Responds to written and phone inquiries including status reports.
Ensures adequacy of reserves and security of financial processing of claims.
Updates files and provides comprehensive reports as required.
Manages outside and in-house counsel practices and billing.
Training is mandatory and expected to ensure successful performance.
