Job summary

Safelite is seeking experienced Auto Glass Technicians to provide glass repair and replacement services in Safelite Shops or Mobile Shops in Washington. You will focus on safety, quality, and customer service while performing recalibrations and diagnostics with Safelite tools and systems.

Opportunities span Technician, Senior Technician, and Master Technician levels, with career growth, hands-on training, and leadership development.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as Auto Glass Technician (preferred).
• Valid state-issued driver’s license required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide all vehicle glass repair and replacement services at a Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop, ensuring safety, quality and customer service.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostic testing.
• Operate Safelite tools and technologies (True Seal, Ezi-Wire, GTS, MRM) and manage job documentation.
• Safely operate company and customer vehicles during the day.
• Communicate with customers in person, by text and by phone; promote Safelite services.
• Senior/Master Technician will mentor and share best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned and comply with policies.
