Job summary

Safelite is seeking an Auto Glass Technician to perform repairs, replacements and recalibrations at our Shop or Mobile Glass Shop. You will use Safelite tools and technology to ensure safety, quality and outstanding customer service.

The role offers a pathway to Senior and Master Tech levels based on performance, with competitive pay and a strong benefits package including 401(k), health plans, PTO, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent preferred.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license to operate a company vehicle.
• Safelite SafeTech certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide glass repair and replacement at shop or mobile shop with focus on safety and customer service.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostics.
• Operate Safelite tools and technologies and manage vehicle safety equipment as needed.
• Interact with customers in person, by text, and by phone; promote Safelite services.
• Adhere to policies and perform other duties as assigned.
