Job summary

Safelite is seeking Auto Glass Technicians at Technician, Senior Technician, or Master Technician levels to perform repair and replacement services at Safelite Shop or Mobile Shop. Emphasis on safety, quality and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in auto glass installation, repair, replacement, or recalibration.
• Proven track record of delivering quality workmanship and customer service.
• Ability to operate Safelite tools and technology as required by the role.

Responsibilities

• Provide vehicle glass repair and replacement services at a Safelite Shop or Mobile Shop with focus on safety and customer satisfaction.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems, diagnose issues and complete testing.
• Mentor and support junior technicians; follow Safelite processes and policies.
