Safelite is seeking experienced Auto Glass Technicians to perform repair, replacement, and recalibration services at our shop or mobile locations. The role emphasizes safety, quality workmanship, and exceptional customer service across a national network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Typically 1+ years of vehicle glass installation, repair, replacement, recalibration, or related automotive service experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and calibration skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide vehicle glass repair and replacement services at Safelite Shop or Mobile Shop with emphasis on safety, quality, and customer service.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostic testing.
• Operate Safelite tools and technologies and document work orders and communications.
• Mentor and assist with coaching for Senior/Master Technician levels as needed.
