Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; valid driver's license.
• 2+ years auto glass experience preferred; ability to install/repair/recalibrate.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle glass repair and replacement with focus on safety, quality and customer service.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and complete diagnostics.
• Operate Safelite tools and systems and document work orders and customer communications.
• Mentor junior technicians and share best practices as needed.
• Fulfill other duties and adhere to policies.
