Job summary

Safelite is seeking an experienced Auto Glass Technician to perform repair, replacement, and recalibration services at our shops or mobile units. The role may be filled at Technician, Senior Technician, or Master Technician level based on experience, with coaching and leadership duties at higher levels.

Applicants should have 2+ years of auto glass experience, strong safety focus, and the ability to lift and operate specialized tools. Tuition assistance and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 2+ years experience as Auto Glass Technician preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Familiarity with recalibrating automotive safety systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide vehicle glass repair and replacement services at Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop.
• Clean customer vehicles after every job.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostic testing.
• Operate Safelite tools and technologies and support customer administration systems.
• Mentor junior technicians and share best practices where applicable.
