Job summary

Safelite Auto Glass Technician is an entrepreneurial, hands-on professional who uses Safelite training and state‑of‑the‑art tools to complete repairs, replacements and recalibrations in the shop or on the go with our Mobile Glass Shop.

You will deliver safe, high‑quality service with exceptional customer care, operate specialized equipment, and pursue advancement through performance metrics that determine Senior and Master Tech levels.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license required.
• Safelite SafeTech certification required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide auto glass repairs/replacements at shop or mobile shop with focus on safety and customer service.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostic testing.
• Operate Safelite tools and technologies as trained.
• Safely operate company and customer vehicles during the day.
• Communicate with customers in person, text, and phone; promote Safelite services.
