Job summary

Safelite, a leader in vehicle glass repair, replacement, and recalibration, seeks Auto Glass Technicians across Technician, Senior Technician, and Master Technician levels in Albany, Oregon. You’ll join a team that emphasizes safety, quality, and exceptional customer service, with opportunities for coaching and leadership growth.

Role requires hands-on glass installation, recalibration of ADAS, and proficiency with Safelite’s tools and systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred with valid driver's license.
• 2+ years of auto glass technician experience preferred.
• Proficiency with diagnostic/calibration tools and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle glass repair and replacement with focus on safety and quality.
• Recalibrate safety systems and complete diagnostic tests.
• Utilize Safelite tools and technologies for fitting and administration.
• Interact with customers in person and by phone/text to communicate services.
• Mentor junior technicians and share best practices where applicable.
• Follow all policies and standards and perform other duties as assigned.
