Job summary

Safelite in Gorham, NH is seeking an Auto Glass Technician to repair, replace, and calibrate vehicle glass both in-shop and in our Mobile Glass Shop. You will apply Safelite training and use industry-leading tools to deliver safe, high-quality service.

The role emphasizes customer interactions, safety, and teamwork. You can progress with Senior and Master Tech levels, with competitive pay, benefits, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Safelite SafeTech certification required.
• Valid driver’s license as required by law to operate a company vehicle.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide all vehicle glass repair and replacement services at a Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop in the most efficient manner, focusing on safety, quality and exceptional customer service.
• Recalibrating automotive safety systems, including troubleshooting and completing diagnostic testing.
• Proficiently operate Safelite’s tools and technologies, including True Seal, Ezi-Wire, Glass Table System, chemicals, work order and customer administration systems, and Safelite's Mobile Resource Management (MRM) technology.
• Safely operate company and customer vehicles throughout the workday.
• Communicate with scheduled customers in-person, via text, and on the phone; present, promote and sell Safelite promotional items and services to customers.
• Performs other duties as assigned and complies with all policies and standards.
