Job summary

Safelite AutoGlass is seeking an Auto Glass Technician to join our shop and Mobile Glass Shop teams in Portland, ME. You will perform repairs, replacements and recalibrations using Safelite training and industry‑leading tools, delivering safe, high‑quality service at the shop or on customer locations.

In this role you will communicate with customers in person, by text or phone, promote Safelite services, and maintain a professional appearance while following safety policies and the Safelite Way

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license required to operate a company vehicle.
• Safelite SafeTech certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide glass repair and replacement services at shop or mobile shop.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems; troubleshoot and test.
• Operate Safelite tools and technologies (True Seal, Ezi-Wire, GTS, MRM).
• Safely operate company and customer vehicles.
• Communicate with customers in person, text, and phone; promote services.
• Perform other duties as assigned; comply with policies.
