Job summary

Toyota Financial Services is seeking a Fraud Analyst to lead complex fraud reviews and decisions for auto-finance applications, including weekend coverage. You will identify indicators of fraud, perform investigations, and collaborate with Credit partners to mitigate risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• 3+ years of investigative experience related to auto-finance fraud.
• 3+ years of experience understanding auto finance origination and servicing processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced review and decisioning of complex fraud and income alerts across multiple auto finance brands.
• Ensure Saturday coverage to review weekend-submitted applications.
• Investigate suspected fraud with expertise in identity theft, synthetic identities, elder abuse, and related schemes.
