Job summary

Toyota North America in Plano, TX is seeking a Fraud Analyst to join the Fraud Control Department. You will lead investigations of complex auto-finance fraud, review new credit applications, and collaborate with DSC and Credit partners to mitigate risk.

You will work Tuesday through Saturday, 9am–6pm CST, providing weekend coverage and serving as a subject-matter expert on fraud patterns, identity theft, and emerging schemes affecting auto and marine finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• 3+ years investigative experience in auto-finance fraud including identity theft and financial fraud.
• 3+ years understanding auto finance origination and servicing processes.
• Availability to cover Tue–Sat shifts 9am–6pm CST.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced review and decisioning of complex fraud and income alerts to detect indicators across multiple entities.
• Own Saturday operations to ensure weekend-submitted applications are reviewed.
• Investigate suspected fraud on behalf of auto-finance portfolios with expert analysis.
• Analyze fraud patterns and deliver findings to management to mitigate risk.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and industry peers to strengthen investigations.
• Provide strategic input on training, SOP updates, and vendor testing.
