Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing North America, Inc. is seeking a Fraud Analyst to join the Fraud Control Department.

This role supports the review, investigation, and disposition of complex auto-finance fraud across new credit applications and booked contracts for Toyota Financial Services and related entities. The position requires 3+ years of investigative experience in auto-finance fraud, strong independent judgment, and the ability to provide Saturday coverage from 9am to 6pm CST.

Competenze

• 3+ years of investigative experience as it relates to auto-finance fraud.

Mansioni

• Lead review and decisioning of complex fraud, credit, and income alerts to detect indicators of application-stage fraud across auto-finance portfolios.
• Own Saturday operations to ensure weekend-submitted applications are reviewed without delay.
• Conduct investigations of suspected fraud involving retail and lease contracts with expert analysis of identity theft and synthetic identities.
• Assess confirmed fraud cases and drive loss mitigation actions, including referrals to law enforcement and repossession actions.
• Identify fraud patterns and networked activity to support enterprise risk reduction and provide findings to leadership.
• Collaborate with law enforcement, motor vehicle agencies, and industry peers to strengthen investigative outcomes.
