Job summary

TOYOTA is seeking a Fraud Analyst to lead complex fraud reviews and decisioning for auto finance across multiple brands. You will assess indicators of fraud at application-stage, support loss mitigation, and collaborate with partners to strengthen controls.

Strong independent judgment and cross-functional communication are essential. The role requires weekend coverage (Tuesday–Saturday, 9am–6pm CST) and a track record of delivering high-quality results under pressure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• 3+ years of investigative experience in auto-finance fraud.
• 3+ years understanding auto finance origination and servicing processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced review and decisioning of complex fraud and income alerts.
• Own Saturday operations to review weekend submissions.
• Investigate suspected fraud across retail and lease contracts.
• Provide analysis of identity theft, synthetic identity fraud, and other schemes.
