Qualifications

• Must have high attention to detail and accuracy with sensitive documents and compliance letters.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and document management systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of consumer lending regulations and loss mitigation practices.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage complex impound and abandoned vehicle accounts, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with applicable laws.
• Process and resolve deceased borrower accounts, coordinating with legal, compliance, and external stakeholders.
• Handle replevin accounts with knowledge of state-specific legal requirements.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with the SCRA, including coding, documentation, and audit readiness.
• Generate, validate, and oversee timely delivery of compliance letters (RTC, NOI, AOP) and escalate deviations.
