Job summary

Stellantis Financial Services US is hiring a QC Analyst to perform audits across titles, state changes, collateral, repos, SOCs, and post funding for retail and lease portfolios. You will ensure adherence to policies and regulatory guidelines and contribute to quality control reporting to identify areas for improvement.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of 5 years in auto finance, strong analytical skills, and experience in MS Office applications.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and organizational skills with close attention to detail.
• Intermediate MS Office skill in Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to interface work autonomously and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Analyze account documents randomly selected to include title releases, state changes, collateral, repos, SOCs, unwinds, and VIN corrections according to federal and regulatory guidelines.
• Review and ensure the accuracy of completed documents; ensure maintenance and notes are completed in various systems.
• Communicate with all teams within the organization to resolve discrepancies.
• Use policy, procedures, and knowledge of the business to resolve issues while following established quality policies and guidelines.
• Make suggestions for process improvements.
• Maintain familiarity with Titles/Post Funding policy and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality due to regular access to personal information of consumers.
