Gilder Search Group is seeking an experienced A Level Automotive Technician in Corpus Christi, TX to diagnose and repair all makes and models. The role offers a flat-rate pay structure with $45-$55 per flagged hour and a weekly pay schedule.

You'll use Autel, Snap-on, OEM diagnostic tools and Tekmetric for digital inspections, with ongoing training and benefits starting day one. Expect a collaborative shop environment and opportunities for growth.

• 5+ years of professional automotive technician experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working on a variety of makes and models.
• Proven track record of quality automotive repair work.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced automotive diagnostics.
• Diagnose and repair all makes and models.
• Troubleshoot complex vehicle concerns.

• Complete digital vehicle inspections using Tekmetric.
• Perform accurate, high-quality repairs.
• Verify completed repairs and maintain a low comeback rate.
• Work closely with the team to maintain an organized workflow.
