Pit Shop Auto Repair in Lindenhurst, IL is seeking an experienced B-Level Automotive Technician to diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns, and perform maintenance and repairs in a flat-rate environment with a 30-hour weekly guarantee.

This Monday–Friday position offers weekly pay, dedicated training, and advanced diagnostic equipment, with Parts Manager or Service Advisor support to keep focus on diagnostics and repairs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
• B-Level diagnostic and general repair skills.
• Electrical and drivability troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to complete automotive repairs independently.
• Comfortable working in a flat-rate environment.
• ASE Certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns.
• Perform automotive maintenance and general repairs.
• Complete more complex repairs based on skill level.
• Perform vehicle inspections and Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI).
• Document diagnostic findings and recommended repairs.
• Complete quality repairs while maintaining productivity in a flat-rate environment.
