McCarthy Auto Group is seeking an Automotive / Body Shop Estimator to assess damaged vehicles and estimate repair costs. You will collaborate with insurance companies to manage claims and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and shop productivity.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in estimating within an automotive body shop, knowledge of CCC Pathways or CCC One, and strong communication and organizational skills. Valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in estimating/body shop/auto field.
• Insurance company estimator experience a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Examine damaged vehicles and estimate repair costs.
• Work with insurance companies to manage claims.
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction with repairs.
• Follow up to ensure productivity within the shop.
