Job summary

McCarthy Auto Group seeks an Automotive / Body Shop Estimator to assess damaged vehicles and estimate repair costs. The estimator collaborates with insurance companies to manage claims and drives follow‑up to ensure customer satisfaction and shop productivity.

Required are 3–5 years in estimating or body shop work, plus a valid driver’s license. This role benefits from CCC Pathways/CCC One knowledge and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in the estimating/body shop/automotive field, 3-5 years preferred.
• Insurance company estimator a big plus
• Valid Driver’s License required

Responsibilities

• Estimate repair costs for damaged vehicles in a body shop.
• Work with insurance companies to manage claims
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction with repairs

• Automotive Body Shop Estimators examine damaged vehicles and estimate repair costs.
• Automotive Body Shop Estimator works with the insurance companies to manage the claims for our customers

• Follows up to ensure productivity within the shop

Requirements:
