Job summary

Alphastaff 3, Inc. is seeking a Senior Auto Adjuster- Non-Injury in Phoenix, AZ. You will handle end-to-end auto claims, including coverage, liability, and settlements, with hybrid work eligibility after 3 months and leadership approval.

New hires may receive an $8,000 signing bonus after 45 days, with relocation not available. Advanced knowledge of P&C insurance and strong negotiation skills are required to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active Adjuster's License required.

Responsibilities

• Investigates to determine coverage, liability, and physical damage for highly complex auto claims.
• Negotiates liability for comparative negligence.
• Communicates with police, witnesses, and other parties to gather information for liability determination.
• Analyzes information to ensure regulatory compliance and settlement value.
• Documents damage evaluation, investigation, negotiation, and settlement decisions.
