Job summary

Crash Champions is hiring a skilled technician to examine damaged vehicles, plan and perform quality repairs, and keep repairs on schedule. You will assess repair vs. replacement based on safety, cost, and cycle time, and guide apprentices while maintaining high workmanship standards.

The role requires knowledge of body repair processes, frame machine operation, and manufacturer repair guidelines; I-CAR welding certification is a plus. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Experience with vehicle frame repair processes and equipment.
• Knowledge of manufacturer repair procedures and standards.
• I-CAR welding certification is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret measuring data accurately.

Responsibilities

• Performs quality repairs while aiming for on-time completion.
