Responsibilities

• Examines damaged vehicle and plans repair process
• Works with others on vehicle repair status
• Performs quality repairs with on-time focus
• Decides on repair vs. replace considering safety, cost, cycle time
• Removes upholstery and components to access areas
• Participates in safety meetings
• Files, grinds, and sands repaired surfaces
• Directs an apprentice and explains procedures
