Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Examine damaged vehicle and plan repair process.
• Communicate repair status with the team.
• Perform quality repairs and maintain on-time status.
• Decide on repair vs. replacement considering safety and cost.
• Move upholstery and components to access areas.
• Attend safety meetings.
• Finish surfaces with tools.
• Supervise an apprentice when needed.
