Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a skilled collision repair technician in Mississippi to examine damaged vehicles, plan repairs, and communicate progress with the team. You will perform quality repairs, determine repair vs. replacement decisions, and ensure timely completion.

The role requires frame-machine operation, body repair certification, I-CAR welding, and the ability to supervise apprentices while maintaining safety standards. Excellent benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Certification in body repair is preferred.
• I-CAR welding certification is required or preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret measuring data for alignment.
• Experience supervising junior technicians or apprentices.
• Must be able to pass a thorough background check.

Responsibilities

• Examines damaged vehicle and plans repair process.
• Communicates repair status with team and customers.
• Performs quality repairs while maintaining on-time status.
• Decides between repair and replacement considering safety and cost.
• Removes components to access damaged areas as needed.
• participates in safety meetings and directs apprentices when needed.
