Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a Body Technician at our Flowood, MS location. The role involves examining damaged vehicles, planning repairs, and performing quality repairs to meet on-time goals. You will communicate progress with the team and supervise an apprentice when needed.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a commission/flag rate structure with a posted pay range; the posted rates indicate a base line for full-time work at our 39232 location. Remote work is not available.

Qualifications

• Frame machine operation experience required.
• Knowledge of repair processes by manufacturer.
• I-CAR welding certification preferred.
• Strong measuring data interpretation skills.
• Ability to supervise repair personnel.
• Successful background check.
• Certification in body repair preferred.

Responsibilities

• Examine damaged vehicle and plan repair processes.
• Communicate repair status with team.
• Perform quality repairs while maintaining on-time status.
• Decide on repair vs. replace considering safety, cost, and cycle time.
• Direct apprentice and explain procedures when needed.
• Participate in safety meetings.
