Qualifications

• Ability to use frame machine.

• Knowledge of vehicle repair process by manufacturer.

• Skill in analyzing and interpreting measuring data.

• Must be able to pass thorough background check.

Responsibilities

• Examine damaged vehicle and plan repair process efficiently.
• Communicate with others on vehicle repair status.
• Perform quality repairs while keeping on-time status in mind.
• Make decisions on repair vs. replace considering safety and cost.
• Remove upholstery and accessories to gain access to vehicle.
• Participate in required safety meetings.
• File, grind, and sand repaired surfaces using required tools.
• Direct work of apprentices as needed.
