Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a skilled collision repair technician to join our fast-growing network. The paid range is USD 65,000.00 to USD 159,120.00 per year, with compensation reflecting experience and flag-rate structure.

You’ll examine damaged vehicles, plan repairs, and ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes across our 650+ locations in 38 states. The role requires frame machine operation, I-CAR welding certification, knowledge of repair processes by manufacturer, and the ability to supervise

Qualifications

• Experience in collision repair processes and planning repairs.
• Certification in body repair preferred.
• Ability to supervise repair personnel and direct apprentices.
• Pass thorough background check and comply with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Examines damaged vehicle and plans repair process.
• Communicates repair status with team.
• Performs quality repairs to maintain on-time status.
• Decides on repair vs. replace considering safety and cost.
• Removes areas to access components and guides apprentices as needed.
