Caliber Collision's Service Center in Duncanville is seeking skilled collision technicians. You will perform full collision repairs, from frame to finish, using precise blueprinting and structural knowledge.

Work closely with painters, estimators, and staff to restore vehicles to factory specs while maintaining safety and efficiency in a fast-paced shop. Ideal candidates have at least two years of experience, can lift up to 50 lbs, and demonstrate a no-shortcuts mindset with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• At least two years of hands-on collision repair experience.
• Must be able to pull, straighten, and square components.
• No-shortcuts approach to blueprinting and repairs.
• Strong eye for detail with precise workmanship.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely in a shop environment.

Responsibilities
