Caliber Collision is seeking skilled technicians at our Farmers Branch Service Center to perform full collision repair. You will blueprint, repair, and align frames and panels to factory specifications, ensuring top-quality reassembly and safe, reliable results.

Qualifications

• At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how—pull, straighten, square up frame.
• No-shortcuts mentality—Blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail—tightened bolts, precise welds.
• Physically fit for the job—lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude—collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Responsabilités

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Perform full collision repair—from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Handle panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
