Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, seeks a Senior Commercial Actuarial Pricing Manager (Auto) to lead pricing teams, coach analysts, and deliver pricing insights for auto insurance across remote locations. You will manage projects, coordinate with clients, and drive high-quality analytical outcomes.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and strategic thinking in a remote-first environment with opportunities to influence pricing strategies and client partnerships.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area and 6 years of post bachelor experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis on commercial insurance
• Or Graduate degree in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area and 4 years experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis on personal lines insurance
• 3+ years commercial insurance experience
• ACAS (Associate in Casualty Actuarial Society)

Responsibilities

• Develop and mentor Actuarial Analysts and Consultants, providing coaching and direction on pricing and analytical projects.
• Oversee actuarial analyses, support business decisions, and ensure on-time, high-quality project delivery.
• Interact with internal stakeholders and external clients to communicate insights and recommendations.
• Review work of Consultants and Analysts and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Manage teams' time and workload, advocate for best tradeoffs, and train staff.
