Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Data Security or related areas.
• 15+ years of experience building large-scale distributed systems with high availability.
• Leadership and experience to lead across functional and organizational lines.
• Strong communication skills to explain and evangelize Data Security to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Craft and execute a long-term north-star vision for Authentication that balances uncompromised security with a frictionless user experience.
• Recruit and mentor top-tier engineering talent to scale our security infrastructure.
• Act as the voice of Security Engineering across the organization, driving data-driven decisions at the executive level.
• Databricks’ security innovations at major academic and industry conferences.
