Job summary

SD Worx Poland is seeking an experienced payroll accountant to manage Austrian payroll processes end-to-end for multiple clients. You will handle labour, social, and tax law questions, interact with authorities, and maintain personnel records and analytics.

The role offers development within a dynamic team and flexible hours. Applicants should have several years of Austrian payroll experience, training in payroll accounting, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in Austrian payroll accounting.
• Training in payroll accounting is completed.
• Good MS Office skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Take over payroll accounting from A to Z for our customers with various collective agreements.
• Act as the first contact for labour, social and tax law issues and communicate with authorities.
• Handle personnel administration and prepare evaluations and statistics.
• Support customer projects and ensure a smooth payroll transfer process.
• Share knowledge with younger colleagues during training periods.
