Quest Oracle Community seeks an Auditor I / Senior Auditor to lead and perform broad-based audits across financial, operational, and IT domains. The role evaluates internal controls, regulatory compliance, risk management, and efficiency while partnering with management to implement improvements.

A credit background check is required, with collaboration across departments and ongoing monitoring of corrective actions to protect organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Four (4) or more years of auditing, accounting, finance, compliance, or related experience.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
• Progress toward CPA/CIA/CISA preferred; regulated utility/energy experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct, and/or lead financial, operational, compliance, regulatory, information technology, and investigative audits.
• Manage audit engagements through all phases: planning, risk assessment, fieldwork, reporting, and follow-up.
• Develop audit programs, testing methodologies, and audit procedures per standards.
• Evaluate internal controls and regulatory compliance across processes and systems.
• Review activities to ensure alignment with GAAP, SOX, NERC, and regulatory requirements.
• Present audit findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
