Job summary

Quest Oracle Community is seeking a senior audit leader responsible for guiding the financial and operational portions of the internal audit plan. This role oversees multiple audits, mentors staff, and partners with senior management on strategic initiatives, including AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and risk coverage.

Qualifications

BS in accounting, management, finance, IT, or related field or equivalent experience.
MS degree preferred.
7+ years of audit or related experience.
4+ years in a management or supervisory role.
Expert knowledge of operational audit disciplines and COSO/IIA standards.
Advanced oral and written communication with execs/board.
Advanced MS Office and audit platforms experience.
Experience with AI-enabled audit tools and data analytics.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise audit staff; ensure methodology and documentation standards are met.
Lead annual risk assessment for the financial/operational plan and track progress.
Manage project budgets and provide status updates to leadership.
Create executive presentations and Finance/Audit Committee materials.
Foster a productive, inclusive team environment and professional growth.
