Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute diverse accounting and auditing assignments with minimal supervision.
• Guide and mentor staff accountants, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to professional standards.
• Prepare comprehensive workpapers and financial statements in compliance with GAAP or OCBOA.
• Actively participate in planning and scheduling client engagements, ensuring deadlines and compliance requirements are met.
• Provide insightful recommendations for improving client internal controls and operational procedures.
• Communicate effectively with clients to facilitate seamless and minimally disruptive engagements.
