Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting.
3-4 years of progressive experience in public accounting.
CPA certification or active candidacy preferred.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently with a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute diverse accounting and auditing assignments with minimal supervision.
Guide and mentor staff accountants, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to professional standards.
Prepare comprehensive workpapers and financial statements in compliance with GAAP or OCBOA.
Actively participate in the planning and scheduling of client engagements, ensuring deadlines and compliance requirements are met.
Provide insightful recommendations for improving client internal controls and operational procedures.
Communicate effectively with clients to facilitate seamless and minimally disruptive engagements.
