Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with capacity to handle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with accounting software such as CCH Engagement, Creative Solutions Fixed Assets, PPC Checkpoint Tools, and QuickBooks is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute accounting and auditing engagements with minimal supervision.
• Mentor and supervise staff accountants ensuring quality work.
• Prepare workpapers and financial statements in accordance with GAAP or OCBOA.
• Assist in planning and scheduling client engagements to meet deadlines.
• Provide recommendations to improve internal controls and operations.
• Communicate clearly with clients to facilitate smooth engagements.
