Job summary

United Future in Chandler, AZ seeks an experienced Senior Auditor to lead and perform audits, reviews, and compilation engagements for a CPA firm client. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, client-focused, and brings strong public accounting experience.

The salary range for this role is $85K-$105K DOE and they work schedule is hybrid. Responsibilities include planning and executing engagements, mentoring junior staff, reviewing workpapers for GAAP/GAAS compliance, and maintaining strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; Master’s preferred.
• CPA license preferred.
• 3–5+ years of recent audit experience in public accounting.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and GAAS and other auditing standards.
• Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute audit, review, and compilation engagements from start to finish.
• Mentor junior staff with clear guidance and feedback.
• Review workpapers and financial statements for GAAP/GAAS compliance.
• Maintain strong client relationships with timely delivery of services.
• Identify audit issues and recommend improvements.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Stay current on industry developments and regulations.
