KingRecruitingServices is seeking an experienced Senior Auditor to lead and perform audits, reviews, and compilation engagements for a CPA firm client in Chandler, AZ. The role balances hands-on audit work with mentorship and client service.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of public accounting experience, strong GAAP/GAAS knowledge, and a CPA license or strong CPA track. Hybrid schedule with competitive salary and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; Master’s preferred.
• CPA license preferred.
• 3–5+ years of public accounting audit experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and auditing standards.
• Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute audit/review/compilation engagements from start to finish, including risk assessment, fieldwork, and wrap-up.
• Mentor junior staff with clear guidance and feedback.
• Review workpapers and financial statements for GAAP/GAAS compliance.
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and timely delivery.
• Identify audit issues and provide improvement recommendations.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Stay current on industry developments and regulations.
